It’s time to kick off Book 2: The Hills have Elves!
Also, the IndieGogo campaign is now live, please check it out!
So I’d like to mention another problem I’m having with Patreon, I’ve already discussed this with Chris, but it would be great to hear what you think as well. It’s about the pledge rewards.
I’ve seen Patreons that promise lots of goodies and I’m afraid I won’t have much to offer in the way of rewards. I’ve recently taken on a freelancing project (I need the income) so that means my extra time is already cut short. The Indiegogo rewards is a little different because I can probably hammer it out during one stage of the year and then just focus on the comic after that. Patreon gives you a whole new set of obligations that have to maintained along side the main project.
I figured the only pledge level I can offer for Patreon is $1 per update with a promise of a free PDF after a certain amount has been met. It seems like a sad amount, but it’s the only level I’m comfortable with without feeling like I’m ripping you guys off. I have no idea what else I can offer you with the little time I have now.
